Chip-level motherboard work and deep liquid damage need the workshop (usually 2 to 3 working days, laptop motherboards up to 4; your written quote gives the expected date), and we only carry the failed part where it can be removed safely.

Whether you walk in to our Sector 22B shop or we come to you, most jobs are done in front of you, so your device never leaves your sight. On the rare chip-level case that needs the workshop, we take only the broken component where it can be removed safely, and leave the rest of your machine with you. Sealed or bonded jobs need the device itself at our bench.

What warranty do you offer?

Repairs carry a 3-month warranty. OEM and original products/parts carry 1-year warranty where stated on the bill. Warranty is bill-backed only: no bill or invoice means no warranty.

Do you use genuine parts?
